TRENTON TITANSLATEST ABA EXPANSION TEAMIndianapolis, IN.The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that it has added the Trenton Titans to its record-setting list of expansion teams for the upcoming season that begins in November. “Yes, we are fully preparing for next season,” stated ABA CEO. “Like the NFL, NBA, NHL and others, we are hoping that the coronavirus is well past and that we can again begin providing fans with exciting professional basketball at affordable prices. All of our teams are following the guidelines set out by health experts and the government, but are working hard to be ready when things get back to normal.”The Trenton Titans will be owned by Joseph Burnett who also owns the Pottstown Flames. A native of Philadelphia, he has a long background in boxing as both a fighter and trainer and has been a tractor trailer driver for over 20 years. “Throughout my life, my other passion has been basketball,”added Burnett. “I wanted to be a part of the basketball community any way I was able and have coached at the middle school, junior high, AAU and other leagues. When my son turned professional as a player for the Philly Cannons, I began coaching at the pro level with the Pottstown Flames, purchased the team and now I am adding a second team. Very exciting indeed. And with a terrific coach in Pottstown, Emily Tambussi, we expect both teams tomake an impact on and off the court. For more information, email[email protected]or visitwww.abaliveaction.com.–Thanks.Be careful.
