ABA ADDS CONCORD KINGS TO RECORD-SETTING EXPANSION

Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the Concord Kings, based in Concord NC has been added to its record-setting expansion for the upcoming season. “We are really excited to have Andre McDonald and Andrea Lynch as part of the ABA,” stated ABA co-founder Joe Newman. “They bring a strong business background combined with a love of basketball to the league; I have no doubt that they will be successful on and off the court. A wonderful addition to the Mid-Atlantic Division too.”

Andre McDonald and Andrea Lynch are principals of Universal Investment Group LLC, a full service real estate investment organization made of of a team of real estate and insurance professionals with over 35 years of combined experience rehablitating and reselling real property as well as providing commercial underwriting insurance inspections and other transactional funding.

“Andre and I thrive on creating impactful business relationships with a clarity of vision,” added Ms. Lynch. “With similar personal and professional backgrounds playing high school and collegiate sports, combined with event promotions, working with youth, developing community partnerships, we feel that we have a wealth of knowledge and diverse experience. And we’ll use these things to make a great ABA organization.”

Andre was a three sport athlete (football, basketball and track), played basketball collegiately art South Carolina State University until an unfortunate accident prematurely ended his athletic aspirations. “Andrea and I are very excited about this opportunity both on and off the court and we are excited to be a part of Concord.”
