ABA Press Release: Welcome “Windy City Groove”

WINDY CITY GROOVE JOINS ABA

Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the Windy City Groove based in Chicago has joined the ABA. “Actually we’re just announcing the Groove; they’ve been playing already and are making quite an impression,” stated ABA co-founder Joe Newman. “And it is little wonder; they’ve put together a very experience group there.”

The Windy City Groove is owned and operated by Chicago natives Steven and La Chelle Sanders, a husband and wife couple of eighteen years. The Sanders’ commitment to sports, family and community is the reason they became owners. “Our desire to help others set and obtain goals is our heartfelt mission,” stated Mrs. Sanders. “We are determined to provide an affordable and high quality family entertainment experience while offering young men an opportunity to enhance their career potential – a “win-win” for the community.”

Don Starks is Director of Operations, a man with 18 years in movie theatre ownership and 12 years experience in investment banking. He has a BA in Business Administration; an MBA in Finance and has worked for Dean Witter Reynolds and Bank of Montreal. Email[email protected]or call 312 401 9141.
