HOLLYWOOD, Fla. –The Miami Midnites, the defending 2014-15 ABA runner-up and back-to-back Florida Basketball Association (FBA) champions, announced today their team roster for the 2015-16 ABA season. The Midnites tip-off their season opener with a pair of games over this weekend, starting Saturday, November 14 at 3:00 p.m. andSunday, November 15 at 7:00 p.m. against the Southcoast Fire at the David Posnack JCC in Davie, Florida. The Midnites return 7 players from the summer roster, which won the 2015 FBA championship this past August. The team features Miami native and former Florida Memorial University guard George Gray, who was recently profiled in the Miami Heraldand Miami New Times. The Midnites’ coaching staff is headed by Damon Wilcox, 41, and assistant coach Eric Rodriguez, 27, both of whom are in their second season with the team.
