LA WOLFPACK, THE ABA’S 180TH TEAMIndianapolis, IN.The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that it has added the Los Angeles Wolfpack as the league’s 180th team. “It’s really hard to believe that a professional basketball league could grow as we have,” stated ABA CEO Joe Newman. “It’s sort of like the expansion of Starbucks and McDonalds. We’ve found the perfect combination of exciting professional basketball and the best business model ever along with our amazing diversity to create this fantastic growth – and there are more teams to come.”The team will be owned by Jesse Jimenez. “I’ve always loved the game, but I always felt my role on a team will be more significant as a mentor/coach,” added Jimenez. “That’s why I’m excited to own my team and help guys develop and become their best selves. I’m very excited about this opportunity.” The team will compete in the ABA’s Pacific Division, the league’s largest division with over 40 teams. For more information, email[email protected], #LAWolfPack or visitwww.abaliveaction.com.–Thanks.
