SOWASHEE APEXADDED TO ABA EXPANSION

Indianapolis. IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the Sowashee Apex located in Meridian, Mississippi is the latest team to join the league and will begin play when the season starts in November. “We’re really pleased to have Alfred Wright as part of the ABA,” stated ABA CEO Joe Newman. “He has quite a background with tremendous experience in sports and business.”

“I’ve been in the arena of basketball the majority of my life,” added Wright. “I’ve played for And1, as a pro an opened for the Harlem Entertainers, as well as being a former pro boxer and fight trainer. I’m looking forward to bringing the platform for others to rise with the ABA and utilize all of which the ABA has to offer. This is a very important point in my life and a great opportunity to work with this great league.” Wright is currently a business owners, mentor and Certified National Trainer.
