Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) today released its Power Rankings for the weekend ending Nov 4. In a change from previous year’s first week Power Rankings, the league only included teams that have played, thus removing many of the top-ranked team that are yet to begin their seasons including perennial powerhouses like the Jacksonville Giantsm, Austin Bats, Worchester 76ers, Chicago Steam and DMV Warriors. “I expect them to be back in the rankings soon,” stated ABA co-founder Joe Newman. “All have good teams, there will be lots of changes in the coming weeks.”
