Originallyu from Moreno, CA, Howard spent his college career at Mayville State U in Mayville ND and then played in the NBA Development League with the Bakersfield Jam and China before heading to Europe for nine years in Romania, Switzerland, Bulgaria and Germany. Upon retiring, he has become one of the top trainers in the US and Germany while creating Howard Hoops touring team for the last 4 years in Germany.”
