Rising Stars has been added to the growing list of expansion teams for upcoming season. We are very happy to this team in the league,” stated ABA co-founder Joe Newman. “Not only is Eric Walker a good experienced owner/coach, but his character and values are perfect for the ABA which places so much emphasis on character.”

Eric is also the women’s varsity basketball coach at Faith Christian School in Roanoke VA and the former coach of the Fredericksburg Grizzlies in the ABA. He will be assisted also byh Rick White, another former Grizzlies coach. Coach Walker is known for Skills, Drills, Bible and Basketball and is well established in the community.
