CLARKSVILLE PHOENIX LATEST ENTRY INTO ABA

CLARKSVILLE PHOENIX LATEST ENTRY INTO ABA
Indianapolis, IN.
The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the Clarksville Phoenix are the latest team to join the league when it resumes play for its 21st season starting in November.  “With only one team in Tennessee, the Phoenix will be a great addition to the league and we are excited having Jamee Barren as part of the ABA,” stated ABA CEO Joe Newman.  “Jamee’s hopes for a professional career ended with a knee injury at an NBA D-League showcase in California.  He has always loved basketball and will focus on team ownership.”  A native of Thomasville, AL, his family moved to Clarksville when he was four years old; Jamee is a graduate of Northwest High School there.  A stock trader and owner of WomenVanna, an on-line clothing store, Jamee knows what it will take to be successful on and off the court.”
