CHULA VISTA SUNS ADDED TO ABA EXPANSION TEAMSIndianapolis, IN.The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the Chula Vista Suns have been added to the growing list of expansion teams that will begin playing in November. “These are indeed difficult times,” stated ABA CEO Joe Newman. “But we are very confident that we will win the battle against the coronavirus and that life will be back to normal in the coming months. All of our teams are working hard and making plans to begin preparation for next season when that day comes. So we’ll keep expanding and next season should be bigger and better than ever before.”The Chula Vista Suns are owned by Eric Brown who has played in the ABA for the last three years with the most recent team being the Tijuana Piranas.
