Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that it has added the Northeast Enforcers to the growing number of teams that will begin play in November, 2019.”We’re very pleased to be adding a team in South New Jersey, a great fit for our Northeast Division, but a team that can also play some games in the Mid-Atlantic Division,” stated ABA co-founder Joe Newman. “I really believe this organization will perform very well on and off the court.”
The team will be owned by Anthony Clark, born and raised in Westchester NY where he played basketball before attending and playing at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Following college, Anthony played professionally overseas and played in the NBA Summer League. He is founder of Young Ballers, a youth-basketball organization. “I am a hard-nosed coach who believes in conditioning, hard work and dedication,” added Clark. “Basketball has to come from the heart in a strong mental state. You must have a love for the game in order to succeed at any level. I believe in aggression a hundred per cent. High end energy on and off the court is a must at all times.” For more information, email [email protected] or visit www.abaliveaction.com.
