The American Basketball Association (ABA) today released its Power Rankings for the weekend ending Sunday, November 11th, and for the second straight week, the Richmond Elite narrowly edged out the San Diego Kings and South Florida Gold for the #1 spot. “To be eligible for the Power Rankings, a team must have played one game,” stated ABA co-founder Joe Newman. “We still have several powerful teams that have not yet started their season. Next week, it will take a minimum of two games.
