LAREDO SWARM MAINTAINS #1 POSITION IN ABA POWER RANKINGS
Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) today released its Power Rankings for the week ending Sunday, February 28th and the Laredo Swarm held its #1 position over the Mobile Bay Tornados and Miami Midnite. “With one week to go in the regular season, the difference between the top 7-8 teams is very close,” stated ABA co-founder Joe Newman. “The playoffs should be the most competitive ever. I wouldn’t be surprised if there aren’t several upsets along the way.” To be power ranked, the minimum number of games was 15.
