Power Rankings through January 10th, 2016

Indianapolis, IN.  The American Basketball Association (ABA) today released its Power Rankings for the week ending January 10th and the Mobile Bay Tornados narrowed edged out the Richmond Elite for the number one spot.  “#1 is like musical chairs,” stated ABA co-founder Joe Newman.  “Each week for the last four weeks, there’s been a new team at the top and I would expect to keep it happening now that the Chicago Steam, Laredo Swarm and Georgia Kingz have all qualified with the minimum number of games and are undefeated at 7-0.  Also, the previous #1, the Kalamazoo Pure, lost 2 games over the weekend, both by one point.  This is a heck of a season with some strong teams.  The Jacksonville Giants/Jackson Showboats game on Saturday night attracted 8951 fans to set a regular season attendance record.
