Florida’s New Professional ABA Basketball Team Has Arrived. “South Florida Gold” is the newest American Basketball Association Professional Team in Florida. We need your help with informing and entertaining our fans! South Florida Gold is currently seeking interns in the following areas:

Public Relations

lAssisting with covering all operations of SFl Gold on social media

lAssist with posting logos and flyers

lAssisting with developing and writing approved press releases

Game Day Media

lAssist head photographer during games

lSupervise execution of interviews

lTake high quality video or photos during games

lAbility to archive and edit images

lCollaborating with social media team on their needs

Game Day Operations

lSet-up of table locations, signage, handouts, etc. and tear down after the game

lImplementation of on-court promotions

lCoordinate event logistics for national anthem and color guard participants as well as group performances

lAssisting the Dance team

lAssisting in half time games, raffles, and other activities

Sales

lAssist in the creation of e-mail campaigns, on line promotion

lPrepare presentations

lProvide support to social media efforts

lBe able to bring people in !

We are looking for a part time intern who can’t wait to use their skills for something meaningful while having fun! Being able to help us with projects to broaden our fan base and increase our impact in the world of basketball is what we are looking for.

Minimum Requirements

-High School Diploma or currently enrolled in a University

-Education in Sports Management or related fields

-Internship can be used for college credit or service hours
